You give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address, service interest, and anything you write in a consultation request or send us by phone, text, or email.

Service records: visit notes, photographs of the property taken during inspections, repair and vendor history, access instructions, and related operational details, kept in your client file and the EstateEase portal.

Automatically: standard website data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through analytics.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, schedule and perform services, coordinate vendors, maintain your property's service history, send service updates and reports, invoice you, and improve the website. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Inspection photographs are taken solely to document the condition of your property. They are stored in your private portal, shared only with you and the people you authorize, and are never used in marketing without your written permission.

Only where necessary: vetted third-party vendors performing work you authorized (given the minimum needed to do the job), our service providers for hosting, database, analytics, email, and the EstateEase portal, and law enforcement or emergency services where required by law or where the safety of the property or a person is at risk.

This site uses cookies and Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

If you give us your phone number, you consent to be contacted about your inquiry and your service by phone or text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; this does not affect service-critical or emergency contact.

Consultation requests and client records are stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access is limited to team members who need it, and every team member is background-checked. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client information as confidential without exception.

We keep inquiry records for up to three years and client service records for the life of the engagement plus the period required for tax, insurance, and legal purposes.
