Our firm
Owner-led by Nick Martinsen and Wesley Oldham. One firm, one standard, and a direct line to the people accountable for your home.
Who we are
Nick Martinsen and Wesley Oldham grew up between the Intracoastal and the turnpike, and both spent their careers around property — real estate assets, land development, and commercial real estate. They watched owners hand seven-figure homes to companies that sent a text and called it an inspection.
So they built the firm they would want for their own families. Small on purpose. Owner-run on purpose. They only take on homes they can reach quickly and get to know well.
Your estate. Your property. Our priority — they mean that literally.
How we work
Not a dispatcher, not a ticket. The person answering is accountable for your home.
Palm Beach and Martin County roots, and the vendor relationships that come with them.
Backgrounds in real estate assets, land development, and commercial real estate.
Background-checked team, unmarked vehicles, and nothing about your household repeated.
Ownership
The two people accountable for your house. No account managers and no call center. When you call, one of them answers.
