Estate Management & Home Watch FAQs
What it costs, how often we visit, what a report actually looks like, and what happens when a storm is coming.
If your question isn't here, call 561-351-6323. An owner will answer.
- What is the difference between estate management and home watch?
- Home watch is scheduled inspection with documented reporting. Estate management adds the running of the household: vendors, projects, staff, arrivals, and everything on the calendar.
- Is there a long-term commitment?
- You can cancel anytime, and if you are not happy we refund you in full.
- How much does it cost?
- Estate management cost in Palm Beach depends on the size of the home, the visit frequency, and how much of the household we run. We quote after we walk the property, in writing, with no obligation.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Same day, from an owner. For urgent matters, within the hour, day or night.
- What does a report look like?
- A timestamped record of the visit with photographs of every area checked and a short written note on anything worth your attention. It lives in your EstateEase portal.
- What is EstateEase?
- Our private client portal, included with every engagement. You can request A/C, plumbing, electrical, and handyman work in one tap, receive reminders for seasonal maintenance, and see every visit, repair, and service recorded in your home’s full history. Available on the App Store and Google Play.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We carry general liability coverage, and every team member is background-checked before they set foot on a property.
- Do you work with our existing vendors?
- Gladly. If you have people you trust, we manage them. If you need someone, we bring vendors we have used for years.
- What happens during a hurricane?
- We shutter and secure the property before the storm, and we inspect and photograph it as soon as it is safe to return. You hear from us either way.
- Which areas do you serve?
- All of Palm Beach County and Martin County, from Boca Raton north to Stuart, along the coast and inland to Wellington.
