For owners who travel
Home Management for Executives & Athletes
This is written for owners who live in Palm Beach County year-round and are still rarely at home for two full weeks running. Road trips. Board weeks. Training camp. A tour that moves when the schedule moves. The calendar you were shown in January is not the calendar you are living in March, and no household plan built on a fixed occupancy pattern survives that.
The house does not know the difference between a season away and a Tuesday flight. It only knows whether someone is watching. Humidity, water pressure, a roof after a squall, a pool pump, a vendor who said he would come back — none of it pauses because you are working. Our role is to be the person who is there, on a schedule, with the authority to act and the discipline to write down what was done.
The point of it
What never lands on your plate
The work still happens. It happens without reaching you.
- Chasing contractors
- You never call twice. We hold the vendor list, set the scope, and follow the work to completion.
- Meeting repairmen
- Someone from our team is at the house for access, stays through the visit, and confirms the work before signing off.
- Four-hour service windows
- Your morning is not spent waiting on a van. We take the window; you get the result.
- Storm logistics mid-travel
- A named storm during a road trip or a board week does not become your problem. The plan is already written and we execute it.
- Discovering problems weeks late
- A slow leak, a failed condensate line, an irrigation break — found on a scheduled visit, not when the ceiling gives.
Scheduling
Built around your schedule
We make no assumptions about when you are in residence. Inspections, preventive maintenance, and vendor work run on their own calendar whether the house is full or empty, which means nothing has to be rebuilt when your plans move. If you are gone three more weeks, or home a week early, that is one message — not a re-plan. We adjust access, staffing, cleaning, and provisioning around it and confirm back to you.
For owners who also leave for a stretch, this pairs directly with arrival and departure preparation and sits inside full estate management when the household needs staff, renovation oversight, and grounds on a single standard.
We work across the county, including Wellington and Jupiter, where a great many of the households we hold belong to people whose season is someone else's off-season.
Confidentiality
Discretion as a default
Everyone who enters your home is background-checked and known to us. Access is controlled and logged — who came, when, and why. No vendor is ever in the residence unaccompanied. Schedules, addresses, guests, and household detail are not discussed outside your account, and we do not trade on the names of the people we work for.
That is why this page names no one and describes no one's house. Discretion is not a selling point we perform; it is the operating condition. It is also, in our experience, the thing owners notice the least and value the most.
EstateEase
Check the house from the road
Every visit, inspection, and repair is documented in your EstateEase portal the same day it happens — timestamped photographs, what was found, what was done, who did it, and what it cost. From a hotel room or a plane you can see the current condition of your home in under a minute, without calling anyone. Nothing is reconstructed from memory at the end of the month, and nothing about the house depends on a conversation you have to remember to have.
