Home Watch & Estate Management in Sailfish Point, Stuart

Sailfish Point is a gated community at the southern end of Hutchinson Island in Stuart, with the ocean on one side and the river and inlet on the other. Homes here live with salt air every day of the year and with storms that can reach them from more than one direction. For an owner who spends part of the year elsewhere, the house needs someone who knows what to look for and looks on a schedule.

We are an FHWA-certified home watch company owned and led by Nick Martinsen and Wesley Oldham, serving Martin County as well as Palm Beach County. Every Sailfish Point visit ends with a written report and photos sent to you the same day.

Sailfish Point

What homes here need

Constant salt exposure

At the tip of an island, salt reaches everything: A/C condensers, light fixtures, door hardware, railings, window frames and pool equipment. We note corrosion early on each visit so it can be fixed on a maintenance schedule before something fails.

Water on more than one side

Homes on the water may have docks, lifts and seawalls to watch; others face the ocean wind. We set each checklist to the property, and we walk the exterior after strong weather rather than waiting for the next visit.

Closed-house humidity

Summer months on the island are hot and humid. We check indoor humidity and temperature, air handlers and condensate lines, and look for early moisture signs in closets and storage rooms.

Bridges, access and hurricanes

Island access can be limited around a storm. Our hurricane program plans for that: openings and shutters checked before the season, the property secured before a storm, and a post-storm photo report as soon as we can reach the house.

Access

How gate and vendor access works

Before our first visit, we register with the Sailfish Point gate as your authorized home watch company, using the process the community requires. After that, scheduled visits run without a call to you each time.

We arrange vendor passes in advance, meet the trades at the house, and stay on site while they work. You get a message when they arrive and photos when the job is done.
