Mirasol is a gated golf community in Palm Beach Gardens, and many of its homes are built with modern systems: zoned air conditioning, smart thermostats, security and camera systems, water sensors and automated pool controls. Smart-home and security systems
We confirm that thermostats, cameras, alarms and water sensors are online and reporting, and we let you know when a device has dropped off or a battery is low. A sensor that is offline protects nothing.
Zoned air conditioning
Homes with several air handlers can have one zone fail while the rest keep running. We check temperature and humidity room by room, look at condensate lines and drain pans, and report any zone that is not keeping up.
Warranty items and records
When something needs repair, we document it with photos and dates so warranty claims and insurance questions have a clear record behind them. You keep a running history of the house in one place.
Heat, rain and hurricane season
Inland summers bring heavy daily storms and long power outages during hurricanes. We check generators where installed, and our hurricane program covers preparation and a post-storm report.

How gate and vendor access works
Before our first visit, we register with the Mirasol gate as your authorized home watch company, following the community's process, so visits do not depend on a phone call to you.
We arrange vendor access ahead of time, meet the trade at the house and stay while they work, so a technician is never alone in your home.
