Home Watch & Estate Management in Lost Tree Village, North Palm Beach
Lost Tree Village is a private gated community in North Palm Beach, with waterfront estates and mature landscaping that has grown in over many years. Many homes here are being renovated, expanded or rebuilt, and many owners are away while that work happens. That combination, an established estate and an active project, is where an owner-side representative earns their keep.
We are an FHWA-certified home watch company owned and led by Nick Martinsen and Wesley Oldham. In Lost Tree Village we watch the house, and where there is a renovation underway we watch the work, so you have someone on site who reports to you and not to the contractor. Photos come the same day.

What homes here need
Renovations while you are away
We walk active projects on a schedule, photograph progress, check that the site is secured at the end of the day and tell you plainly when something does not match the plan. We report to you, not to the builder.
Mature trees and landscaping
Large established trees need to be trimmed back from roofs and power lines before hurricane season. We note what needs attention and coordinate the arborist so the work is done before a storm, not after.
Waterfront wear
Where the property is on the water, we check docks, seawalls and lifts, and look for salt corrosion on hardware, railings and exterior lighting.
Older systems, newer additions
Estates that have been added onto over time often have systems of different ages. We note the condition of air conditioning, water heaters, pumps and panels so replacements can be planned.
Access
How gate and vendor access works
Before our first visit, we register with the Lost Tree Village gate as your authorized home watch company, following the community's process, and confirm who else you have authorized.
For contractors and vendors, we arrange access in advance and are on site when they arrive. On renovation projects we coordinate with your builder so gate access stays organized.
