Home Watch & Estate Management in Gulf Stream
Gulf Stream is a small, quiet coastal town in south Palm Beach County, between the ocean and the Intracoastal. Many homes here have been owned by the same families for years, and owners care about the house looking exactly as it should, inside and out. A tile roof, an older garden and coastal weather all need someone paying attention while the family is away.
We are an FHWA-certified home watch company owned and led by Nick Martinsen and Wesley Oldham. In Gulf Stream we keep a low profile on the street, visit on a set schedule and send a written report with photos the same day.

What homes here need
Roofs and exterior finishes
Tile roofs, stucco and painted trim wear faster in coastal weather. We look for cracked or slipped tiles, stains that suggest a leak, and peeling or cracking finishes, and we photograph anything that should be repaired before it spreads.
Termites and wood
Older homes with wood trim, doors and framing are attractive to termites. We look for swarmers, droppings and soft wood on each visit, and coordinate inspections with your pest company.
Salt air and humidity
Close to the ocean, salt and humidity work on metal and on the inside of a closed house. We check hardware and A/C equipment for corrosion and read indoor humidity on every visit.
Hurricane season
Our hurricane program prepares the house before a storm, checks openings and outdoor items, and sends you a post-storm photo report as soon as it is safe to get in.
Access
How gate and vendor access works
Before our first visit, we confirm the access process for your property, register as your home watch company wherever registration applies, and confirm with you who else is authorized to enter.
When a vendor needs to come in, we arrange it ahead of time, meet them at the house and stay while they work. Neighbors see a familiar face, not a stream of strangers.
