Home Watch & Estate Management in The Bear's Club, Jupiter
The Bear's Club is a private gated golf community in Jupiter, and the owners here tend to value one thing above almost everything else: discretion. Large homes on generous lots, owners who travel constantly, and a household that has to keep running whether anyone is in residence or not. What these owners usually want from us is simple to say and hard to do well: the house kept exactly right, and nobody talking about it.
We are an FHWA-certified home watch company owned by Nick Martinsen and Wesley Oldham, and the owners do the visits themselves. That keeps the circle of people who know your house, your schedule and your gate code very small. After each visit you receive a written report with photos the same day.

What homes here need
Discretion as part of the service
We do not post about clients, name homes or share schedules, and we keep the number of people who enter the property to the few you approve. Vendors are met at the door and supervised, never handed a code and left alone.
Large grounds and mature landscaping
Big lots carry more trees near the roofline, more irrigation zones and more drainage to manage. We walk the grounds on each visit, note limbs that need trimming before storm season, and flag irrigation faults or pooling water near the foundation.
Complex systems in a closed house
Larger homes often have several air handlers, whole-house dehumidification, water treatment and smart-home controls. We check that each is running as it should, read indoor humidity and temperature, and look for the early moisture signs that come before mold.
Generators and storm readiness
We confirm the standby generator has been serviced and exercised before hurricane season and that fuel levels are right. During a storm, our hurricane program secures the property and sends you a post-storm photo report as soon as it is safe.
Access
How gate and vendor access works
Before our first visit, we register with the gate as your authorized home watch company, following the club's process, and confirm with you exactly who else may enter. Once we are on file, visits run on schedule without disturbing you.
For vendors, we arrange gate access in advance, meet them at the house and stay while they work. You hear from us when they arrive and receive photos when they leave.

Questions
The Bear's Club questions
- How do you keep a Bear's Club home private?
- The owners of the firm do the visits, we register only the people you approve with the gate, and we never share details about your home, your schedule or the fact that you are a client.
- Can you coordinate household staff at a Bear's Club home?
- Yes. Under estate management we coordinate housekeepers, landscapers, pool service and other staff, confirm the work is done to your standard and report back in writing.
- What does estate management cost in The Bear's Club?
- Home Watch starts at $500 a month, Estate Care at $2,000 a month and Private Estate Management at $5,000 a month. We confirm the plan after walking the property.
